Lauren Conrad and Kyle Howard were finally spotted out together - we haven't seen them as a duo in weeks! They attended the Hollyshorts Film Festival Closing Night in Hollywood, CA last night (Aug 14, 2009). Lauren came to the event to support Kyle's film short Poolside but refused to pose on the red carpet, and at least one person wasn't too happy about that - check out the video!
