Heidi's Doctor: I Won't Operate on Her Anymore!

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Frank Ryan recently performed 10 procedures on Heidi Montag, ranging from breast implants to a brow lift to fat injections in her cheeks.

Now he tells UsMagazine.com he won't operate on The Hills star, 23, again.

"There’s really nothing to do!" he told Us Tuesday at the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lights Camera Fashion Pre-Oscar Party. "I told Heidi that, 'What are you going to do? You’re done!'"

(Montag recently told Us she didn't get her DDD breasts "as big as I originally wanted!")

Ryan -- who also performed Montag's nose job and breast augmentation in 2007-- told Us that some of Montag's peers have "definitely" called up and made similar surgery requests.

"In the reality [TV] world, there’s a lot of competition and there’s a lot of possessiveness for one’s doctor," he told Us. "It’s pretty interesting."

Kristin Cavallari: Incognito at Anastasia

Getting in an afternoon pampering session, Kristin Cavallari dropped by the Anastasia Salon in Beverly Hills on Tuesday (November 24).

Dressed in casual clothes, the MTV reality starlet appeared to be trying to go out of her way to stay incognito as she rushed outside following her beauty treatment.

Meanwhile, you can see Kristin in an all-new episode of “The Hills” tonight at 10PM on MTV - during which she sees herself rescued in Las Vegas by Justin Bobby.

“Would you ever drive to Vegas for Audrina?” Kristin asked Justin from her Sin City casino.

“I don’t think so,” he replied. “You kind of make me do things I don’t usually do. It’s unconventional for me.”

Kristin Avoids Massive Wardrobe Malfunction

In related news, for anyone wondering why Kristin didn't make an appearance on the red carpet at Fred Segal's Birthday Charity event, it was apparently because she wanted to avoid a massive wardrobe malfunction.

A source told Fox411 that "Kristin refused to walk the red carpet because she was very concerned her nipples would show through her all white dress." She did allow some pictures to be taken throughout the evening with her hair strategically placed.
