Holly Madison Not Jealous of Hef's Engagement

Holly Madison may not have been thrilled to hear of ex, Hugh Hefner's engagement news -- but was she jealous? Not so much.

"I think everyone expected me to feel one way, they expected me to be really jealous," the reality star, 31, who split with the Playboy magnate, 84, in 2008 after seen years of dating, tells Us Magazine. "But it's not how I feel. We've been apart for two years. I just want him to be happy."

Continues Madison, whose face-to-face meeting with Hefner and his new fiancee Crystal Harris, 24, aired on her reality show, Holly's World, "I'm more protective than anything else. I just wanted to make sure he's making the right choice."

It helps that Madison, who's hosting Saturday's Leather & Laces Super Bowl party in Dallas with fellow Girls Next Door alum Bridget Marquardt, has a new man in her life: All Time Low guitarist Jack Barakat.

"He's totally cool -- really down-to-earth, she tells Us of her beau of five months, who will be joining her for the Super Bowl festivities. "We're both really busy, but we find a way to make it work. I like having someone as busy as me, its a good match up I think."

Holly Madison And Hef Come Face-to-Face

After Holly Madison couldn't get Hugh Hefner to marry her, she comes face to face with the magazine magnate after his recent engagement news. Awkward!

Taking a break from Las Vegas, Holly comes back to Los Angeles and visits the Playboy mansion. Once there, she and her former flame are reunited for the very first time since he became betrothed to Playmate Crystal Harris. The subject at hand is the white elephant in the room -- with neither wishing to address it.

"Thank you for visiting," Hef says. After a long pause in which the two avoid eye contact, he eventually turns and asks "How are ya?"

Holly quickly offers a peppy reply of "really good!" After some small talk, Holly finally blurts out, "Congratulations on your engagement!"

Hef thanks her and the two hug, but Holly's eyes appear to be brimming with tears.

Kendra Talks Weight, Why Hef Didn’t Marry Holly

Kendra Wilkinson has come a long way since she was first introduced to us several years ago as Hugh Hefner’s brash, booze-lovin’ number three girlfriend on the hit E! reality series “Girls Next Door.”

She’s now the star of her own self-titled show, an author, and an entrepreneur. But most importantly, she’s mother to one-year-old Hank Baskett IV, happily married, and she credits her husband, NFL wide receiver Hank Baskett, for bringing faith into her life at a time when she was seeking something more than just Playboy parties and mindless mayhem.

“Of course our number one priority is to be parents, but we’ve got to that point where we are not going to be ashamed of stepping outside and having a couple of drinks and be wife and husband. That’s our thing now – we are not going to be ashamed anymore,” she continued.

Speaking of spouses, Wilkinson wasn’t surprised that her ex recently proposed to his current live-in girlfriend, 24-year-old Crystal Harris. Wilkinson said the magazine mogul didn’t marry Madison because, even though he is well into his 80’s, he simply wasn’t ready to settle down.

“It is just life and it goes to show when a guy is not ready, a guy is not ready,” she explained. “It doesn’t matter what age you are. Hef was too young!”

And although Wilkinson is only 25, it has still been a battle to bring back that pre-baby body – well, that was until she discovered a metabolism-boosting “magic potion.”

“When I got the six week clearance from the doctor (after giving birth) I worked and dieted but I didn’t pay attention to my metabolism,” she said. “But within the last couple of months I’ve been focusing on my metabolism with the health supplement Ab Cuts and it has been amazing, my magic potion! It’s the metabolism booster I needed.”

Holly Madison Addresses Hef & Jayde Nicole

Emotional fireworks exploded on last night’s Season 2 premiere of Holly Madison’s E! Entertainment reality TV show Holly’s World. The platinum blond bombshell was shell shocked from all sides as she tackled Peepshow producer demands that she lose weight, former love Hugh Hefner announcing his engagement to Crystal Harris and Playmate Jayde Nicole’s bizarre takeover attempt as her Las Vegas rival.

Moments after I sat with her for the premiere screening last night at Extra Lounge at Planet Hollywood, Holly told me: “I’ll always have a place in my heart for Hef. We were together for seven years. I thought we’d get married sometime and have children. You don’t ever forget something like that! That was my dream and hope. I don’t know how I am really supposed to feel about all of it. I had a lot of different emotions and thoughts on it.

“We went through a lot together. I wanted to settle down. I thought we were headed to being exclusive and then marriage and family. I had to go to The Mansion to confront him and Crystal. This was kind of a shock! I had to film that, so it was my exact reaction and words and not distorted later elsewhere. You will see exactly what happened there next Sunday. Hef didn’t mind the cameras because he lets his life be a very open and honest book. I had to know he was all right. I was being very protective. There are many girls who would take advantage of him, and I had to know he was OK.”

Just 5 hours before the premiere, I’d talked exclusively with Holly in a wide-ranging interview. She told me: “I’m really excited for the new shows. I think it’s a way better season than the first season. Last year, you got to know us, and this year you’re seeing how we deal with life as it throws the curve balls at us. There’s no time to pre-plan anything. It’s all as it just happens even if we are not comfortable about it. It’s a lot of drama that’s very confrontational.

“It’s really dramatic. There are a lot of challenges for all of our characters, and the humor as a result is really funny. We’re still smack in the middle of shooting it, so there’s a lot more surprises to come from me. The filming runs four days a week and will continue through March.”

Five times in last night’s debut, Holly’s friends branded Jayde a bitch, and I’m reliably told that she will vanish after a few more episodes. “I really think she came into Vegas determined to take over what I had accomplished here,” Holly confided. “It really made for some serious tension. There was no need for some of her stuff. She invited Josh out on my birthday as her date and wound up making out with him -- that was seriously bad. So think of it as a fleeting appearance.”

Holly confirmed that Jayde hadn’t seen a preview of last night’s show where Laura and Josh ridicule her and the gift she sent reminding Holly of her upcoming 32nd birthday, which they promptly dumped in the garbage! Josh’s comments about the tainted gift were some of the funniest moments in last night’s high dramas.

Jayde Nicole Talks Life On "Holly's World"

Jayde Nicole has come a long way in five years. Rising to fame as the Playboy Playmate of the Year in 2008, Jayde has been turning heads for Hugh Hefner’s famed magazine ever since she first appeared as the Playboy Playmate of the Month in January 2007, but that was only the first step for the beautiful brunette who would go on to greater fame thanks to her role on The Hills.

Now, less than a year after that show ended, Jayde has moved on to another reality-based series, this time with former Playboy model Holly Madison and her show Holly’s World. Joining the series for the second season, which debut’s on E! on January 23, Jayde chatted with me last week to tell me all about her adventures since she became a Playboy Playmate, and what it’s like living in Holly’s Las Vegas themed World.

» What would you say about your career over the last five years? I would say you’ve gone through quite a few changes.

“Yes, that is for sure. If I was 20 again and somebody asked me what I would be doing in four or five years, there’s no way I could have ever predicted that any of this would be happening. Going from model to [Playboy] Playmate to Playmate of the Year and reality TV and everything has been so exciting and so much fun, and a great learning experience, and a big change of course from my life back home in Port Perry in Canada, but definitely a lot of fun.”

» In terms of your career, I know I read somewhere that you said your last show was a lot of work and it wasn’t very realistic, but I’ve heard that Holly’s World is quite a new experience for you. Is that true?

“Yeah, it’s totally different. I walked into The Hills when it was four seasons in and all the characters were established and there were a lot of changes going on when I came into it. I had no idea what I getting myself in to; I was totally out of my element and I didn’t know what to expect and it was very, very dramatic and they really messed with your relationships and they made you fight when you weren’t fighting and create situations that weren’t happening in real life just for exciting television. And I mean it worked, and the show was very exciting and very dramatic, but it really messes with your real life and relationships with people, and it became a very emotional, dramatic experience.”

“Filming for Holly’s World, I kind of knew what I was getting myself in to at this point, so I’m a little bit better equipped to handle the filming of reality TV, but it’s also just a lot more fun. I get to have a lot of my girlfriends around me, and a lot of my real friends, and real relationships, and just get to have fun and live my life, and it’s just a lot more enjoyable.”

» With the spotlight on you once more, and going into this new show, what would you say is the hardest part of being a celebrity?

“I’m still not used to people calling me a celebrity. I still go to the mall and stores with no makeup and in my pajamas and I do not prepare myself for it and I still am completely in shock and awe when people come up and meet me and ask me for pictures.”

“It’s not really hard. I mean it’s definitely an adjustment in your mindset of how you see yourself and how your friends see you and it just kind of takes some getting used to. Maybe for me one thing that I need to get better with is not looking so much like a bum when I go out because there are paparazzi everywhere and there are people who always want to have their picture taken with you and I just hate getting ready. That’s just the worst part–people seeing you off guard when you look your absolute worst, which I always do when I’m not working because I hate getting ready. That part is the only thing that irritates me, but I still rock the no makeup and the pony tail when I go out. I haven’t changed yet but I’m sticking to it.”

» What can fans expect from you in Holly’s World?

“You know what, I just saw the preview for what’s up this season on Holly’s World yesterday for the first time, and it totally caught me off guard. From a complete outsiders view it looks awesome.”

» My last question is whether you have any comment on Hef’s engagement?

“You know, it’s hard for me because I adore Holly and I love Holly and I came into the Playboy Mansion right when Hef and Holly were in the middle of their relationship and they were so happy. Even though it has been a while it’s still kind of hard for me and a lot of the other Playmates to see him engaged to someone who is not Holly, but I know he’s in love and Crystal is a sweet girl and they’re very happy together, so I’m very happy for them.”

Holly Madison Clashes With Hef's Fiancée

A new love at the Playbody Mansion is making bunny fur fly.

Playboy founder Hugh Hefner's ex-girlfriend Holly Madison and her reality show costar are making no secret of their low opinion of Hef's new fiancée, Crystal Harris.

Madison, 31, has been reluctant to speak about Harris, but when pressed by PEOPLE, her on-camera sidekick Josh Strickland said, "We don't really know her that well, but the few times we've seen her, it's been a cold shoulder. We really haven't done anything to her."

Madison then jumped in, saying Harris's true colors can be seen in an un-aired scene. "They really need to show that birthday footage," Madison says after mentioning that Hef's gal, 24, appears in an episode of her show "for a second."

"Crystal called us clowns in a circus," adds Strickland of the alleged tape. "It's just kind of like, 'Who the hell are you?' "

But Harris's camp denies any animosity.

"Crystal has always been extremely friendly to Holly, and if that wasn't the case, then Holly wouldn't be continuing to return to the mansion," Harris's manager Michael Blakey tells PEOPLE. "She doesn't understand why Holly and Josh would make these allegations. She has no ill feelings toward Holly at all. Crystal believes this is a misunderstanding. I know her very well, and I've never heard her say an unkind word about anyone."

As for Hefner, 84, Madison's thoughts about his engagement – which will play out in the second episode of her show this season – are complicated.

"I don't really feel just one way about it," says Madison, who is also the star of the Vegas show Peepshow and the face of AMIClubWear clothing line. "It's not really something that's easy for me to sum up, so I need to get all the layers of my feelings out. I just wanted to see Hef and go up and talk to him about it. There's definitely a lot of pressure. People expect me to feel a certain way."

Holly Madison Talks Hugh Hefner's Engagement

When Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris announced they were engaged to be married (he popped the question on Christmas), everyone wanted to know what the Playboy poobah's former girlfriend Holly Madison had to say about that.

So with that, heeeere's Holly...

"I'm very surprised," Holly exclusively told me last night of the engagement at our Comcast Entertainment Group's Television Critics Association reception.

She said, "I have a lot of different feelings on it. I don't just feel one way. I kind of didn't want to put a generic statement out there like 'Congratulations!' because I felt everyone would see through that."

As fans of the Girls Next Door know, Madison called it quits with Hef in October 2008 after he wouldn't commit to marrying her and found out he was unable to have more kids because of a low sperm count. "I expected to spend the rest of my life with her," Hefner told me at the time of the breakup.

Holly met with Hefner and Crystal yesterday at the Playboy Mansion. "I wanted to see him and Crystal and tell everybody face-to-face how I felt," she said.

Cameras from her E! reality show, Holly's World, happened to be rolling for the heart-to-heart.

"It went very well," she said. "I had a good day." She's keeping tightlipped on details because she wants to save the big reveal for—duh!—the show.

As for Holly's love life, she said she's been dating a guitarist since September. They met through a mutual friend.

"We're just keeping it very chill," she said. "He makes me very happy. He has a very good head on his shoulders. He'll be on my show, too."

Of course.

The new season of Holly's World premieres on E! Jan. 23.

Crystal Harris, Hugh Hefner Talk Wedding Plans

Hugh Hefner and his fiancée Crystal Harris welcome ET's Kevin Frazier into the Playboy Mansion for the dish on their wedding, their 60-year-age gap, and whether or not they plan on having kids!

Hugh and Crystal tell Kevin they're eyeing a summer wedding at the Mansion, an "intimate" ceremony with close friends and family -- "no big, blow-out affair," Hef says.

"Giving it another chance after a couple of failed marriages is an adventure, but it's something that I'm committed to," the Playboy mogul says.

But what about that big age gap between 84-year-old Hef and 24-year-old Crystal? Is it problematic? "I don't notice the age difference with Hef at all," Crystal says. "If anything I have to keep up with him."

Speaking of keeping up, Kevin's gotta wonder: Is Hugh still sexually active? "I'm doing my best. Dancin' as fast as I can," the energetic 80-something says with a smile.

Which begs the question: Does Hef want more children? "Well, we'll see. That's not part of the big plan," he says.

One thing that's not in question: Hef's love for his Playmate bride-to-be. "She's a beautiful human being inside and out; a woman with real character and humor," he says. "We're really devoted to each other. I think that the relationship is the center of both our lives."

Hef & Crystal Harris: Inside Their Engagement

It wasn't just that Hugh Hefner presented Crystal Harris with an engagement ring on Christmas Eve – it was how he did it that impressed her.

"We were up in the bedroom," Harris, 24, tells PEOPLE, "and my favorite movie is The Little Mermaid, so he had the ring in a Little Mermaid box, and that was so special. I opened it and the first thing he said to me was, 'I hope it fits!' "

Adds Hefner, 84, "I got her a little music box with the Mermaid theme to it, and it just looked like the perfect size and the perfect place to be the ring box. So when she started unwrapping that gift, I reached over and wound it so it was playing music while she discovered what was inside."

Although she cried with happiness, Harris says, "There wasn't any 'down-on-one-knee' or anything like that, because we are not traditional."

The ring is a circle diamond "a little over three karats," says Harris, "and it's on platinum setting and it has diamonds all around the band as well. It's so pretty."

Details On Hugh Hefner's Fiancee's $90,000 Ring

This bunny's got bling!

When Crystal Harris, 24, accepted an engagement proposal from her love, Hugh Hefner, 84, she got a sizable sparkler, too.

The 2009 Playmate of the Month showed it off on Twitter on Thursday. "For those of you who have been asking to see my ring here it is," she Tweeted. "My engagement ring from my love."

If diamonds are any indication of that love, then it's sizable. Jewelry expert Michael O'Connor tells Us Magazine that the ring appears to have a 3 1/2 carat brilliant-cut diamond set in platinum with micro pave diamonds the band.

"The round center gives the ring a classic style, while micro pave makes it more modern and youthful," he tells Us.

O'Connor's estimated cost of the ring: $90,000.

Harris began dating Hefner in January 2009. Their marriage will be the third for the Playboy founder.

Hef & Crystal Harris Reveal Wedding Plans

In their first interview since becoming engaged, Playboy founder Hugh Hefner and his gorgeous Playmate fiancee Crystal Harris spoke exclusively to Radar Online about the proposal and revealed that the ring didn’t fit!

"It couldn't have happened in a more loving way," Hef, 84, said about the Christmas Eve proposal.

Crystal said she knew she was getting a ring because one of Hef’s staffers helped her figure out what kind of diamond she wanted, but she was still surprised when he finally presented it to her.

"I love the Little Mermaid and Hef gave me a Little Mermaid music box and he wound it up and when I opened it the ring was in a box inside. I cried!"

"There was no down on one knee; we don’t follow traditions like that. When I opened the box Hef said ‘I hope it fits,’ but it was too big! I had to get it re-sized!"

The happy pair hasn’t set a date yet but Hef told Radar Online that the wedding might become a reality show.

"The wedding will definitely be at the Mansion," Crystal revealed. As for her dress? "I would love to design my own dress."

Hefner told Radar Online that he isn't going to go wild before the wedding, but admitted that he has had a charmed life. "I've been having my bachelor party for the last 50 years."

Crystal said that they have the full support of his children. "I love Hef’s sons, they’re great and they’re really happy about the engagement."

According to Crystal, she and Hef aren’t planning to have any children. "I’ve always said I don’t want kids, just animals and there are plenty around here."

Crystal mused on what she loves most about her new fiancé. "He is the nicest person I’ve ever met in my whole life. He is one of the best influences on me and I love him."

Hef spoke fondly about Crystal. "Her personality and her character are what I love. She's very upbeat and a loving person and doesn't tend to have moods. She is always looking on the bright side. She's not petty, she has good character and is down to earth.

"This is the final act for me and the best," Hef said about his engagement and upcoming marriage to Crystal.

Hugh Hefner's 24-year-old fiancée Crystal Harris flashed the diamond-laden engagement ring she received when the 84-year-old Playboy founder proposed to her on Christmas Eve.

"For those of you who have been asking to see my ring here it is... My engagement ring from my love @hughhefner," she Tweeted, linking to a picture of the ring.

Harris, December 2009's Playboy Playmate, told News Of The World that between she's "not after Hef for his money" as she has her "own career going."

Hefner's past wives include former Playmate Kimberly Conrad and Mildred Williams.

Hugh Hefner rang in the holidays with an engagement ring.

The Playboy founder is engaged to girlfriend Crystal Harris, 24, he announced on Twitter.

"After the movie tonight, Crystal & I exchanged gifts. I gave Crystal a ring. A truly memorable Christmas Eve," Hefner, 84, wrote. "When I gave Crystal the ring, she burst into tears. This is the happiest Christmas weekend in memory."

Later, he clarified, "Yes, the ring I gave Crystal is an engagement ring. I didn't mean to make a mystery out of it. A very merry Christmas to all."

This will be the third marriage for Hefner. In 2009 he filed for divorce from his second wife, former Playmate Kimberly Conrad, after the two separated in 1998. He was previously married to Mildred Williams; their marriage ended in divorced in 1959.

Kristina Shannon To Debut Music In February

Kristina Shannon -- one of the Playboy twins who famously dated Hugh Hefner earlier this year -- is trying her hand at a new career ... that doesn't involve posing naked.

Apparently Kristina thinks she can sing ... cause she's working on a collection of "club hits" due out in February. She says she plans on doing all the singing herself and plans on working with at least one "big surprise" guest.

Playboy's Karissa & Kristina Shannon Go Legit

Kristina and Karissa Shannon -- a.k.a. The Shannon Twins -- have made the unlikely step from Playboy reality show starlets to actual stars of a respectable movie.

As if it were some sort of indie-movie master plan, "The Girls Next Door" blonde-duo hold down serious screen-time in Sofia Coppola's "Somewhere."

"Sofia says it was meant to be," Kristina tells PopcornBiz.

Indeed, fate and Google lent helping hands. Coppola was not aware of the wildly popular E! programs detailing the lives of Hugh Hefner's various female/blonde housemates when she went casting for the part of hot twins for the movie about an actor living in the decadent Chateau Marmont.

"She just went on the computer and Googled twins," Kristina explains. "And me and Karissa's pictures popped up. We're like the only hot twins out there besides the Olsen twins."

The two met with Coppola who immediately snapped up the duo. The director decided that the "girl-ier" twin Kristina was right for the part of Stephen Dorff's dancer/girlfriend. Karissa plays her fellow dancer/twin sister.

"I was cool with it," Karissa says about not getting the bigger part, "She's girl-ier than me. I'm more tomboyish."

Kristina says that during the shoot, Karissa would give the kind of advice only a sister can give. "Sofia would let her watch the monitor while me and Stephen were filming. Karissa would then tell me you look better when you do this or that. We were all working together."

Since filming the movie, Karissa and her longtime boyfriend Sam Jones III have been working on a reality show following their lives.

"The movie is going to be iconic."
