Always up for an evening at the clubs, Audrina Patridge was spotted enjoying the Los Angeles nightlife on Saturday (December 19).

Joined by a gal pal and followed by a camera crew, the “Hills” hottie showed off her adorable smile as she readied for a night of drinking and dancing while being led into the Tinseltown hotspot.

Meanwhile, fans of Audrina don’t have all that much longer to wait until her movie, “Sorority Row,” hits store shelves in DVD form.

Having announced a release date of February 23, 2010, “Sorority Row” tells the story of “a group of sorority girls who inadvertently cause the murder of one of their sisters in a prank gone wrong. A mysterious killer goes after the five of them and anyone who knows their secret.”

Audrina Patridge's Real-Life Horror Show

Big week for Audrina PatridgeSorority Row premiere, Maxim cover, live-tweeting with E! Online...a stalker scare?

In documents filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Patridge's lawyers requested an order of protection on behalf of the reality starlet and her roommate-brother, Mark, against a guy named Zachary Loering.

"I can confirm that Audrina Patridge filed a restraining order against an overzealous fan," her rep confirms to E! News. "Audrina and her family have no relationship with this person."

Court docs state that on Aug. 26, Patridge and her makeup artist sibling answered a knock at her front door to find Loring with a stack of poems, pictures and cards he had made for her—including one drawing of a woman being strangled, ominously scrawled with the future date, Sept. 15, 2009.

And it gets creepier.

Loring, 24, proceeded to offer Patridge a beer, telling her it was from his family's brewery and asking her to drink it in front of him. Patridge declined and shut the door, but three days later her surveillance cameras captured Loring camped out on her porch from 7 p.m. until 2 a.m., talking to himself throughout the footage, according to the court docs.

The following day, per the Patridges, the new scream-queen found Loring sitting on a wall on the side of her house, dressed to the nines in a suit and tie.

This time Audrina reported the incident, with police officers arresting Loring for outstanding warrants and trespassing. Loring, who was arrested in July on a switchblade-possession count, was released from jail a day later.

The 24-year-old Patridge "is in fear for her physical safety and emotional well being" and is so frightened, she hasn't been staying at her home or in Los Angeles County, the petition states.

The court granted a temporary order of protection, barring Loring from contacting, harassing, or trying to locate Patridge. He must be a minimum of 100 yards away at all times.

A hearing is scheduled on Sept. 30.

Audrina Patridge Premieres “Sorority Row”

She’s always up for a promotional opportunity and last night (September 3) Audrina Patridge was spotted at the Hollywood premiere of Sorority Row.

The Hills hottie looked lovely as she arrived at the ArcLight Theatre, sporting a sexy strapless black dress teamed with a pair of black heels.

In a recent interview, Audrina told press that she liked the jump from reality TV to film and hopes to continue landing movie roles.

“It’s like day and night. I mean, aside from there being cameras, it’s totally different. It’s not even comparable. I mean, on the movie you have a script, you have all your lines that you have to memorize, get into character. There’s a lot of waiting around. And you know, you’ll be filming for like weeks straight or months straight on movies, whereas with reality (TV), like, I’ll show up for a lunch scene and be there for two hours and that’s it. So it’s very different.”

Audrina: 'Heidi's Singing Career 'Disappointing''

She may be all for supporting her friends on The Hills, but when it comes to cheering on the budding musical career of Heidi Montag, Audrina Patridge isn't exactly her costar's No. 1 fan.

"I feel like Heidi, you know, she's doing it for fun, where a lot of singers and people, they work their ass off, and they actually have amazing voices and they can really sing and perform, and I feel like a lot of people don't get to experience what Heidi has, going on in front of a billion people and perform on TV," Patridge told PEOPLE while promoting her new movie Sorority Row over the weekend. "I just don't think she's taking it that serious, and that's what's kind of disappointing for me, for music lovers out there."

But the 24-year-old beauty – who says Montag's Miss Universe performance was "very Britney Spears-like" – has plenty of positive opinions about her own foray away from reality TV and into acting for the silver screen.

"On the movie, I went to my acting coach twice a week and I memorized all the lines," she says of appearing with Rumer Willis in the slasher flick Sorority Row. "On The Hills, you show up for an hour and say what you want then leave."

Of course, embracing the Hollywood life also means having to deal with some fairly outlandish rumors about herself.

"[They say] that I was pregnant. Another one, that I got a nose job, that I got a chin job, cheek implants, I mean my whole face," she says of false reports about herself. "You know sometimes, when they stick a video camera in your face and they try to provoke you with questions that are just really … sometimes I get like, 'What are you talking about?' But I'm very lighthearted and I just try not to take things too serious."

Audrina Patridge Set to Leave The Hills

The Hills just doesn't feel like The Hills without Lauren Conrad.

The Hills is really not The Hills without LC and Audrina Patridge.

Just the same, the reality star says she's just about outta there.

"I'm almost done with The Hills. We are currently in the middle of finishing the episodes for this fall, and I'll be leaving then," the 24-year-old revealed at a press event for her new thriller Sorority Row Sunday in Los Angeles.

"It feels like I'm graduating," the girlfriend of Corey Bohan added. "I'm taking the next step and growing up and maturing and moving on in my life."

We can't wait to see what career endeavors await this hottie.

Audrina, who is developing her own reality show with Survivor producer Mark Burnett - said she would like to pursue acting as well as reality TV projects.

"I moved to L.A. to be an actress, and before The Hills, I was going to auditions and working at [film studios] Quixote and Smashbox," Patridge said.

She credits The Hills with helping her be "comfortable in front of the cameras." But most likely she got tired of being manipulated by producers, like LC.

"It’s helped me a lot going to auditions and sitting in front of the camera," Audrina Patridge said. "Blocking the camera out, just getting into character."

Getting into character. On a "reality" show.

The new season of The Hills, now starring Kristin Cavallari and featuring more contrived romances and feuds than ever, premieres September 29 on MTV.

Aside from her television duties, Miss Patridge is eagerly awaiting the upcoming release of her new movie, Sorority Row.

Hitting theaters in a little over two weeks (Sept. 11), the horror flick is about “a group of sorority sisters who try to cover up the death of their house-sister after a prank gone wrong, only to be stalked by a serial killer.”

Audrina Patridge: Night Out At Tao Las Vegas

Enjoying a weekend trip to Sin City, Audrina Patridge turned up for Rumer Willis' 21st birthday party at TAO inside The Venetion Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday (August 15).

Joined by her hunky beau Corey Bohan, and brother, Mark Patridge, the MTV reality starlet looked sexy in a little black dress as she mingled with the birthday girl and her fellow guests, including the rest of the Sorority Row cast.

Meanwhile, Miss Patridge reportedly recently got a bit upset with the people over at MTV - as she was denied the opportunity to compete on the hit show “Dancing with the Stars”.

Supposedly shut down when asking for permission to show off her moves, the network cited “scheduling conflicts” as the reason - although insiders say that “MTV honchos’ main concerns were about Patridge overtaxing herself and risking an accident, given the big increase in injuries on the dance competition show last season.”

Audrina Patridge's Steamy Girl-On-Girl Kiss!

Pucker up, boys! In less than a month, Audrina Patridge is going from reality TV star to scream queen. And as part of her hard-partying sorority girl M.O. ('Drina plays Theta Pi sister Megan in the horror flick Sorority Row), she'll be locking lips with her female costar, Leah Pipes. (Yeah, somehow we're thinking 'Drina's new beau, Corey Bohan, won't mind.)

Anyhow, catch this sneak peek from the film (courtesy of E! Online) and be sure to check it out in theaters on September 11. Oh, and be warned: looks like Audrina's kissing her good-girl image goodbye ...

Sorority Row Babes Talk Up "R" Rating

When you talk to the cast of Sorority Row you're bombarded with information all at once. The gals love to chat and when this writer caught up with them recently to learn more about the remake of the '80s film they star in, I found them incredibly excited about the fact that the Stewart Hendler-directed redo was rated R.

"You really see all of the deaths happen," says Briana Evigan. "There's bad language, there's nudity. It's like Scream, too, and what I love about it is that I went back and watched Scream when we were filming this and that film is so old school compared to this. Everything looks so real now, technology."

"We are hard R in every way," interjects Leah Pipes. "These deaths are gruesome. The humor is for an older crowd, I think. The younger crowd, if they sneak in, will enjoy it but the humor is definitely mature."

Speaking of body count, I asked the cast about distributor Summit Entertainment's one-sheet for the film. Was it a strategic photo shop job or were the girls asked to pile up on one another?
Definitely the latter. Audrina Patridge teases, "You should have seen us at that photo shoot. It was crazy!"
